CGI's Arleigh: NSA Guide to Searching For Interesting Stuff on the Internet
| Wired Magazine posted a link to a pdf file of the NSA's manual for its own Internet researchers. The book was released under FOI legislation. It's over 600 pages so there's a lot of interesting information for anyone who likes to poke around the Internet.
